Vogue Rugs Return/Refund Policy

We want you to love your Vogue Rugs purchase! However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Types of Returns:

Change of Mind Returns: Applies if you simply change your mind or make a mistake while placing the order.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • For non-defective returns, if you choose to use our return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues: Items arriving damaged, Defective item, Incorrect Item

  • In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • A full refund, including any initial shipping costs, will be issued upon verification of the damage, defect, or error.

  • Customers need to provide photos or other evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, malfunctioning product, incorrect item received).

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@voguerugs.com.au. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  2. Items sent back without an RA number will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of processing.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and be processed.

Exceptions:

  • Certain items may be excluded from returns, such as custom orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have any questions about specific items.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired replacement.

Additional Information:

  • We strive to process returns promptly, but please allow for standard banking and credit card processing times after receiving your refund notification.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns at our sole discretion, adhering to all relevant consumer protection laws.
  • This policy applies only to purchases made from Vogue Rugs and may not reflect the return process for direct purchases from our suppliers.
